  • Personal Identity: Name, Designation, Company Name, GST Number (for B2B invoicing).
  • Contact Information: Mobile number, Email address, and Office address.
  • Payment Data: When you make a payment, our third-party payment processors collect your credit/debit card information, UPI ID, or bank details. ENE does not store your full card numbers or CVV on our internal servers.
  • Transaction History: Details of payments made, registration types (Stall/Visitor), and invoice records.

2. Use of Information

Your data is used specifically for:

  • Registration Processing: To issue digital entry passes or stall allotment letters.
  • Payment Verification: To confirm successful transactions and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Tax Compliance: To generate GST-compliant invoices for your business.
  • Event Communication: Sending Date, Venue updates, and QR codes for entry via Email/WhatsApp.
  • Matchmaking: Sharing your business category with relevant exhibitors to facilitate networking.

3. Payment Security & Third-Party Processors

  • Encryption: All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
  • Third-Party Disclosure: We share your data with payment gateway providers only to the extent necessary to process your payment.
  • No Retention: ENE staff will never ask for your passwords or OTPs. All financial input happens on the secure gateway page.

4. No Refunds

All registrations for the Ecom Network Expo (ENE), including but not limited to Visitor Passes, VIP Passes, and Stall Bookings, are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including your inability to attend the event due to personal or professional reasons.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

  1. Payment Partners: For transaction processing.
  2. Logistics/On-site Vendors: To manage your stall setup or printing your physical badges.
  3. Legal Authorities: If required to comply with Indian financial laws or tax audits.

6. Data Retention

We retain your transaction and contact information for as long as necessary to provide event services and to fulfill legal/accounting requirements (typically 7 years as per Indian Tax Laws).

7. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies to remember your registration progress and to analyze traffic via Google Analytics/Meta Pixel. This helps us ensure your payment session does not time out and improves your user experience.

8. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) norms, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of your business/GST details.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing (though transactional messages regarding your payment cannot be disabled).
